We orderd a female end of a seatbelt assembly for one of our work vans. Their website verified it was the correct part for the year, make and model of the van we had ordered it for. The part arrived and the male end would not fit into the female end, that they had shipped to us.
I notified them that they sent the wrong part and they refused to refund our $80. So now I own an $80 part that I can do nothing with. Their claim for denying the return, was that it is an electrical part and do not accept returns on electrical parts.
The FACT THAT THEY SENT THE WRONG PART AND WOULDN'T ISSUE A REFUND, WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT, SAYS WHAT TYPE OF COMPAY THIS IS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.....DO NOT BUY FROM GMPARTSGIANT.COM
I order the part THIS COMPANY suggested using my trucks VIN number as THIS COMPANY suggested, to be sure there were no mistakes...
They then (slowly) send me the wrong part... When I discover this and call their terrible customer service (which is only available monday-friday) they then inform me that a 'returns expert' will contact me within 48 hours!!... So, on a time sensitive part, for a mistake THEY made, I have to wait 48 hours before I can even speak with someone about returning the item...
This business is run TERRIBLY and when they make a mistake it's not "Let's get it sorted out", it's "Let's cover our **** time".... ...Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
In return for their glorious service, I'm also leaving complaint videos on YouTube and written reviews wherever I can on the internet so hopefully when the word 'GMPartGiant.com' comes up on Google a whole load of complaints will come up with it.
