Case #9-6458825975 My experience with Chevrolet has been nothing but miserable. After purchasing a 2017 Chevy Express brand new, I have had nothing but problems and they refuse to even help. Now my problem is my traction lights are coming on (as well as ABS light), and I took it to Reedman toll to have is diagnosed. I have had this van just three years and it only has 31,000 miles on it. Thus far I have had them unable to perform a yearly inspection, due to them not having a weight for vehicle check. (They send it out for weight, and whoever they sent it to was closed), so they couldn’t perform an inspection.
I took it to another mechanic and they had my truck inspected and oil changed in under two hours. I’ve also complained about a bad door lock, and they checked it and supposedly ordered parts for it. Here it is a year later and I’ve heard nothing. On this latest repair, they found a bad brake module and want $1000 to order this part and install it. I was told I am 2 months out of warranty, even though I’m under mileage for warranty but they go by how long I’ve had this vehicle.
Reedman Toll of Springfield stated that they spoke to the corporate office and they said it’s out of warranty. As a business owner, I would never recommend or purchase another Chevy vehicle due to their service. They should be ashamed of themselves to charge a customer over $1000 on a 3-year-old van. I feel everyone should be aware of how they conduct business and will post this everywhere I can Sincerely,
