Contacted this company after visiting their website and viewing what I thought were accurate pictures of their fleet online. The price was excellent at $59/hour and I really thought that I was getting an excellent bargain. The "One Cool Limo" arrived with the trim broken off the sides. The exterior of the limo was dirty and the paint was scratched. This was not what I expected for my daughter's Sweet 16. The interior of the limo was clean, but the vinyl seats were torn in places. One of the party guests ripped her dress sliding over the broken seat. The kids were happy because they were riding in a limo, but I was horrified. The driver didn't even exit the car to open the car door for the girls.
For pickup they sent a completely different vehicle with a different driver that I was expected to tip. I had already tipped the first driver. This driver didn't bother to help the young ladies onto the bus either. The black "party bus" was clean, but severely in need of a tuneup and repair. The exhaust was so strong from the outside that it gave me a headache. The engine pulled and sputtered all while the driver was parked and the girls were boarding. I was just thankful that it made it back to the hotel.
The photos on the company website are a mixture of stock photos and very old pictures of the fleet (or newer photos of identical vehicles). You absolutely get what you pay for and I should have never trusted a business that does not have a business phone. The company phone number is a cell phone. Do not waste your money. Spend the extra $100 and go with a reputable company.
