I saw an ad for this business on Facebook and they were offering a buy 3 get one free offer on CBD oil. The receipt they sent me said 4 bottles at $37/ea. My CC was charged $198. instead of the $148 expected. I called the customer service number on the receipt and it was a 3rd party customer service company with no authority to do anything about it except to make excuses for the company. They said I would get a rebate form with the order when it came for $50. No form was included, but there was instructions to go to another 3rd party website , enter information, and if "you qualify" you will get a rebate. As I read the rebate form, it is more a disclaimer and liabilty reduction agreement more than anything else. This entire transaction has been done in a very unethical and dishonest manner. So, how can I use a product to put into my body with any confidence at all that it is safe and or what it claims to me when dealing with such a dishonest company? I want a full refund.

I cannot find a legitimate phone number or website to contact the company. All numbers on their reciepts, etc, are 3rd party companies that have no authority do correct anything and they will NOT give me any contact info for this company.

Here's their Number 888-721-8227 -- Fraud - exact, exact, exact same thing happened here! and now today was charged $69.95 again for a automatic subscription I didn't order or authorize. Had to cancel my bank card to stop future charges! Credit Union won't reverse charges!

Would be to scared to try as company is such a scam!

I have been ripped off so many times that I decided to purchase some $10.00 "Visa" cards. They work great! That way if the company is a scam the most they can get out of you is $10.00. I am sorry for all the others that were charged so much. Whenever they want an automated sale; I ALWAYS use one of the "Visa" cards so they cannot do it. Keep this in mind....or maybe we should all stop buying things that seem to good to be true!!!

I ordered a bottle of CBD Hemp oil to try and thought I would just pay shipping of $5.95, then have 10 days to try the product. Sure enough, I was billed $79.95 within a day or two of even receiving the product and the company name on my bill is something that doesn't make sense. The box with the oil had no paperwork...just a bottle thrown in a box. Very weird. The name on the bottle label does say Gloss Motive with a phone number of 866.978.7329. When I saw the charge, I called this number and waited on hold for a bit while music played and a recording kept saying your call is important to us. Then, after 5 minutes or so, an automated voice said "Goodbye" and hung up. (So frustrating!) I tried back and just had to wait again, so I called my bank to dispute charges. They are sending paperwork to get that going and block any additional charges.

I tried again later in the day just to see what would happen when I called, and I did get through. The lady, who I could swear was the same lady I talked to when I placed the order, did have my information and she said she was a third party to the company selling the CBD Oil and she had never talked to me before. I recognized her foreign accent and manner of speech, but Oh well...I guess I am crazy! I told her I was dismayed to have no time to try the product and this makes me worry about what is even in the product since they have a bad reputation on consumer sites, they have no website and they charged me so quickly. She said it was my fault that I didn't call them to stop the charge from going through. I told her I would have called if there had been paperwork or something to tell me where to call and by what date. She very quickly said she would refund my money and it would take 7 to 12 business days (something like that) and she would let the "higher ups" from the company know about my complaint that I had been billed prior to having a chance to properly try the stuff as the shipping took so long. She said I could have the bottle for free. (I didn't ask for that) I even asked her why she wasn't concerned about my future business and just giving me a chance to try the product as originally promised, but she didn't seem to get it. When I asked her the name of this company selling this CBD oil, she said it was called Diet Supplement. I said are you serious...the company is called Diet Supplement? She hesitated and said yes, but I felt like she was BS'ing me. (Who names their company Diet Supplement?) So who knows if I will get the credit back by them, or by the help of the credit card company. I'll keep you posted, but the whole thing is downright weird. For something that you ingest, I just want to warn people. As far as the product itself...who knows if it works. I don't feel anything, but the stuff is g-d awful tasting...so it must have something hemp-like in it. There appears to be plenty of legitimite companies out there selling this oil, so I would pass on this outfit who are so hard to get hold of, sneaky about their business name, and prefers to auto- ship way of doing business.

CBD Oil

I am having the same problems with getting a refund. They mailed the package late so it went over the time allotted to try the product. It does smell like Pot and I did try it but wasn't relieved of any pain or have any results to this product. I called again and she said (foreign voice broken English hard to understand person answered call) I asked for a supervisor and she said there were none available. I was charged $69.99 for this unproven bottle of whatever. The original add was to pay for mailing, never said anything about a future payment. Told me I had waited too long, etc. etc. She then said she could refund me one third of the charge!!! I received a refund of $27.?? Amazing. I turned them over to the Fair Trade Commission. But of course that takes time for a result. I suggest that everyone who has dealt with this company does the same and then we will get quicker results. Very unfair and fraudulent practices.

Had the same problems but not as many charges as you did. I turned them over to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) January 18, 2017 Ref #79814755. Company name on bottle is Gloss Motive 500 N. Rainbow Blvd. Ste 300, Las Vegas. Nevada 89107 Phone number on bottle 866 978-7329. On their receipt it says Diet Supplements and their address as above. Another phone number is on their receipt: 877-429-2465. They have an email address YourExpressFit.com and another number (844) 606-0560 Called on 12/27/16 when I first called.

Ordered four bottles of CBD oil cost was supposed to be &148.00 took $198.00 out of bank account . Was supposed to be 500 mg of CBD oil was only 30 mg of CBD two bottles . Other two bottles of 100 mg CBD oil. Refused to send me return address and refused to give me my money back . Ordered it on Jan. 11 2017 took money out of bank on Jan. 12 2017. Called then and cancelled it. Bottles came in today on Jan. 31 2017. This is twenty days after I cancelled .

I didn't have the issues other people had, I knew exactly what I paid. The Quality of the product is great. Since taking this I now sleep 6 straight hours of sleep without pain instead of waking up every hour with back and knee pain. Just saying. It's worked for me

Pure CBD Oil Gloss Motive

I Ordered this product too, same address, Gloss Motive is used as their company name. No direct phone number for this company, just an answering service that takes names, etc. Have no control over refund, etc. I did talk to this one woman and after much complaining she did give me a $27.?? credit on a $69.99 charge. Same deal, just pay postage charges and receive "free bottle of CBD", only it is not free. Claimed I was over the time limit for refund. Originally did not receive product for nearly 4 weeks. Just a wax backed receipt but no company name, nothing. But when a person fills out the original name, address form on their ad, that is where the limited guarantee , etc. comes through and do we read this or really do we have a chance to? NO. I have turned them over to FTC (Federal Trade Commission) but this is very slow for any results, so I suggest that all of us write to them to get this place investigated.

They billed me for 79.95 for the ( Free bottle ) then charged me again after shipping another bottle !! ugh I have disbute it with my credit card ,, but also they use 3 differant address !!!!!!

I ordered a free bottle of CBD oil on Christmas day and was only required to pay for shipping of 5.95. My cc was charged on 1/4 $69.95 and then again on 1/24 the same amount. I did not authorize these charges and have contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I also canceled my cc because I don't trust them not to sell the number or keep charging fake charges. I never received the product they are charging for. Did not try to contact them but instead went right to the bank.

BAD Company

Ordered the free bottle, got charged $79.95. Got the package five days later. Two days after that I got charged another $79.95. Called the only number I could find for them. I got a third party call center and talked to a man who was very hard to understand, but was told all further charges and shipments would be stopped. I did not receive the second shipment although I had been billed for it. Today, May 31st, I found a charge of $80.44 to Mean Green Health. I found this company on the internet and found a customer service number. The representative found my account and it was actually Gloss Motive, just being billed to a different company name. She lied to me about how many times I had been billed, lied about product shipping and kept repeating that I had agreed to be sent more product by accepting the free bottle. The number I called was 866-416-6416.

Contacted Company and they said that it was in the fine print that I had to return product unopened and notify company within 14 days, if it was free plus shipping why would I not try product. Got ripped off. I am a person with chronic pain. So stupidly I order CBD tincture- free product- just pay shipping!

They sent me a bottle and charged me 69.95. The lady said they just shipped another one. So they will charge me again!

The first guy I spoke to after emailing them said he could not fine my account anywhere. I called other number on packing slip- says charge 0.00 which is false. She said she found my info- and will be charged monthly. Hopefully she will cancel.

They are a third party they say.

DO NOT order from this company!

My complaint is exactly like the report written by another consumer here. I ordedr a free trial for 4.95 in December and paid for that. But in January, they charged 69.95 to my Visa card. When I tried to reach them, the number was always busy, or they would say a representative would be with me shortly. They would play music and then come on and say goodbye. They do not have a website. I found 2 phone numbers but neither one go any response. I notified my card company and filed a dispute resolution with them, but it has not yet been resolved.

I ordered CBD oil from this company. After the first bottle, I found I was subscribed for monthly purchase. since I had not subscribed for a monthly product I called and was given a return number. Since then I have ordered using a 1 free bottle promotion. Again I find myself subscribed and charged for a monthly product. I have called my bank and have emailed the company and will call them first thing in the morning to have these charges removed and my money refunded. This product is not the issue as I find it works quite well for me, but the monthly charge that I did not authorize is a huge problem. What a shame that a decent product is handled in such a dishonest way. Never again will they have my business. There are plenty of honest distributors out there so I don't need these people.

While on Facebook, I saw an ad for a trial bottle of CBD tincture for only $5.95 S&H. I decided to try it for chronic back pain. I am aware of scams, read the ad several times. I got the first bottle, then 14 days later I was charged a 2nd time, but this time it was $79.95. They claim their ad was written up that you must cancel W/I 14 days or you will be charged full price for the bottle you received. It was not stated that way in the ad. We called, and after insisting we wanted our money back, they finally agreed to give us 50% of the $79.95.

When seeking CBD oils to help with pain management, I chose this brand online. They offered a $100 rebate for a larger purchase of bottles of CBD oils.

I don't even know if the oils were beneficial, but I filed my refund as directed and was told to expect the refund in 100 days.

I put that on my calendar, it should have been delivered in the form of a prepaid $100 VISA card.

It has not arrived nor have I rec'd e-mail or telephone notification and no refund to PayPal.

I ordered 3 bottles of Pure HBC tincture with no future shipments. A few months later I received anther bottle with the $69.95 removed from my account. The package was very small so I opened it not knowing what it contained. The package had nothing enclosed with phone number or address of which to return the bottle. When calling the phone # listed on one of the bottles I received earlier it only had instructions that the phone line was to advise to do not return any packages to the address on the bottle and you could not leave any messages. I didn't know what else to do so I sent the bottle to the return address on the package. When I tracked the package I was informed that there is no such address and the package could not be returned to sender. The package was placed in dead mail. I've lost the package and my money.

Well turns out that I didn't read all the fine print. Supposedly I had 14days To try it out and then they would charge 79.95 if I didn't cancel within 14days . So much for free bottle As they had charge me the full amount from the time I order it .Shipping and handling only total BS. Took me 4 days to finally get ahold of someone .And when I did that s when I was told about the 14 days SCAM. Ended up just canceling my credit , and denied the charges . I responded to an ad for Pure CBD oil for $5.95 and the Pure CBD soft gels for $1.95 or the other way around...anyway....I got the oil and soft gels and began using them for pain. I have used several different CBD oils. I noticed my bank account had been charged over $78 by an "Aerial Canyon 001". After doing a little research it was this company. Unfortunately it is still pending so I can't dispute it with my bank. If it is still pending tomorrow I am going to try to call them. I will still report it to my bank and ask for a new debit card. It is disgusting that these companies do these things when all people want is pain relief!

I allowed this "company" to charge my credit card for $5.95 (mail expenses) so I could receive a "free sample " of CBD oil. I made sure to read the pages thoroughly in order to be aware of the terms and conditions or any fine print but there was none. I even scrolled the page up and down and to left to right to made sure there were not hidden traps in order to avoid been scammed. Since I didn't find anything malicious I proceeded to authorize the small charge in order to give a try to their product . At this point I have been charged almost $210.00 without my authorization . This "company" is a scam factory since they dared to keep charging my credit card without my authorization. I'm following the proper steps to make sure to recover my money. As crooks as they are, they can can argue now that all the conditions were fully clear and understandable BUT take into the account that their webmaster can change the information at will at any moment. And also, they don't answer the phone they provided. I'm warning you all to avoid get in contact with this "company" since surely you are going to be scammed. Be careful.

On March 20th I ordered a outlet of CBD Tincture, suppose to only pay for shipping and handling. Now on April 16th they are charging me another $69.95 and I never agreed for them to charge me for anything else and have never received anything else from them. I will be reporting this to my bank as this is coming out of my checking account. Will be freezing this card so it can not be charged again but I never agreed to any additional charges besides the first initial charge of $5.95 for the shipping of the original bottle.

I did the big deal with them and purchased 5 bottles for $148.95. I gave it a try and it did nothing for my PHN. Then four months later I get a charge on my credit card of $69.95 for another bottle that was sent me, but I did not order. I call and was told that I agreed to a monthly subscription and that is why I got a discount on my first purchase. That is a lie, at the time I made the first purchase I got a discount from $69.95 t0 49.95 because I bought five bottles. I used the first order up and it did nothing to help my (going in to year number five of pain) PHN. So why in the world would I want to keep buying a produce that doesn't help me. Do not do business with these people? It is a ripoff. If I have to pay them any more money I'm going to take them to small claims court.

Product was supposed to be CBD oil derivative of legal marajuana. Internet Ad said "$37 per one bottle, buy 3 get 1 free." Also said "For additional $49 you may qualify for a rebate". I did not include the Rebate in my purchase. When I received my product it included an over billing for $198. I immediately telephoned their customer service number (855-901-0050) and was told the extra was for the $49 rebate. I told them "why would I want to buy a rebate for $49 when all I wanted was the 4 bottles of CBD oil that I ordered for $37 per bottle + 1 free bottle. They said they would look into it. That's the last I heard from them. I have not received a rebate for the overbilling.

They then charged me again on 1/26/17 for $69.95. First of all I never agreed to anything more than the free sample. They are scam and rip-off artists!.

Another scam

I clicked on the free bottle offer. I also clicked on two bottles of CBD tablets for $59.85. At the end of the ordering, the screen showed a billing statement for $207. This included three bottles which I did not order. I tried calling the telephone number, 866 987-7329, which was on the bottle of a previous sample. This was a third party (in Utah) who said they could not help. The address on the previous sample was: Gloss Motive, 500 N. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 300, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Another number I called, 865 325-0635, was not attended. The website for this scam does not allow for any direct contact with the supplier nor does it allow any corrections on an order prior to placing the order. I will attempt to contact the authorities in NV to log a complaint.

In mid December, I ordered a "free" sample of CBD oil. It was suppose to be pay postage only. The website was labeled as being :Newhealthytoday" When the product (which is worthless) arrived, the bottle label stated Distributed by Gloss Motive, L.V. Nevada. The invoice in the package had on the letterhead Diet Supplements - SEC. With the same address as Gloss Motive. It also stated on the invoice that the order has been paid in full. I did not agree to take any future shipments, nor have I recieved any, but my bank account has twice within 28day, been charged $69.95. I have had no luck finding any information about the website for Newhealthytoday, nor have I been able to reach anyone from Gloss motive.
