I purchased a lower hand gun kit with the parts. I received the frame and only half the parts. when I called the glock store to speK to customer service for the other parts and the Gig to complete the frame. I was on hold for an hour at which point no one answered and I received a message that the lines were closed for the day. I then called back waited another hour on hold and again I received a message stating that the lines were closed for the day. I have done this for 4 days oday is the 5th day and i still have not gotten though to speak to any one.

I understand that covid is out right now but that's no excuse for poor customer service and poor shipping practices. I have a businesses as well and when I need parts I received them from other companies in time and complete the glock store is hurting my business I will never using them again.

Bought a Pyramid Trigger in September, took it out and it was shooting FULL auto! I called them and they told me to adjust the trigger and bend out the conncetor and thatll do it. I tried adjusting and still no luck. I took a ghost connector and installed it and seemed to help. I called back and they sent me out a replacement connector. I put it in and it was still double tapping. I called back and they said for 40 dollars plus shipping, send the complete gun to them. I did that costed me 140.00. I got it back and the notes said they replaced the mag spring and ghost connector and cleaned the already clean gun. I took it out two days later and STILL was double tapping. I called them for a full refund and they said that they refuse to give me a refund. and whateve happened between them shipping it and me shooting it was not their responsibility! avoid buying anything from them !

I ordered a custom Glock 30 .45 ham gun last December did not get my color that I ask for second when ship gun was damage sent it back to be fix the frame was not what I ask for the slide was damage they would not do anything for the frame they said it was what I ask for so sent the slide back they sent it back again damage so I called them and email Kate Donnelly she said send it back so I did since the color wasn't right I sent the barrel also change the color on both sent me a picture and it was damage again email Kate Donnelly again ask for a refund says no never did they say to me anything about no refund on custom guns until I mention it I paid 1.950.89 still haven't got my gun and not what I ask for please help
