FRIST I GOT A POLICY ON MY SON AND TOLD THEM HE HAD A HEART ATTACK BEFORE TWICE AND I WANTED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD INSURE HIM ..THE PERSON STATED THEY COULD AND PROCEEDED TO DO SO ..I THAN RECIEVED POLICY AND IT HAD MY SON NEVER HAD A HEART ATTACK ..I THAN HAD MY INSURANCE PERSON REVIEW IT AND HE SHOWED ME WHERE THEY HAD STATED HE NEVER HAD A HEART PROBLEM AND TOLD ME TO CANCEL AS THIS COMPANY NEVER PAYS OUT ON THESE KIND OF POLICY ..I CALLED TO RECIFIY THIS AND WAS TOLD BY REP THAT THIS WAS OK THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM IT DID NOT PERTAIN TO MY SON ..I TOLD REP I WANTED TO CANCEL THIS POLICY AS THAT WAS A STRAIGHT UP LIE HE WAS TELLING ME ..
I WAS SENT ALL OVER THE PLACE TO CANCEL THIS POLICY ..FINALLY I WROTE CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND BBB AND ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE POLICY WAS CANCELED ..I RECIEVED A CHECK THAT BOUNCED ..MAKING ME PAY 10.00 FOR A BOUNCED CHECK ..THEY THAN SENT ANOTHER CHECK AND NEVER AKNOWLEDGED THE BANK FEE ..FOR ONE THE RETURN WAS ONLY 24.99 AS IT WAS A FIRST TIME PAYMENT ..SO THERE FORE I BELIEVE THEY CALLED THERSELVES RIPPING ME OFF FOR SOME OF THE RETURN OF MY FUNDS BUT I DO NOT INTEND TO LET THAT HAPPEN ..NOT EVEN FOR 10.00 ..THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF AND IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU DO NOT BUY THERE INSURANCE
Globe Life Insurance has been taking money from me over a period of years. Every month I pay and every month they say I am behind and my insurance on my children are going in lapse. The next month I catch it up then the following month the say again I am behind and the insurance is going into lapse. This have been going on for about 3 years. Plese hepl me.
I have asked for direct withdrawl application for them to withdraw from my bank account for a couple years now and never receive one so I pay from month to month from debit card or the draft my account whereever the feel to or most times I call for them to draft my account and they lie that my Bank denied their request and my Bank said if the tried to draft my account and no money was there the would have charged me, so they didn't even try to draft my account only to try and confused me. They are now trying to make my insurance lapse or get ride of it altogether.
I call the 1800 Customer service number and the have me on hold for 30 minutes to an hour and then hang up. Playing these mind games. They keep hanging up before I get to talk to an Agent. This been going on for far too long.
Can you please help me. I have invested in this Insurance for yeras. I have paid with Visa Debit, Money Orders, and through my Saving Account.
I was once a customer of Globe Life insurance company. I had taken out policies paid my premiums and I decided to switch companies. I had policies on myself and my grandson. I asked them for a refund and they will not issue me one. I have paid into those policies and I feel I should get my money back. I feel that they do customers the same way they are doing me. I feel that they are stealing the monies from customers like me who decided to switch companies. They are ripping off people and this is not fair.
