I placed an order worth over $2000 of golf equipment, before confirming the order i also called them to confirm that the shipment was all included and no extra fees. They said' Yes sir, all will be smooth.
Well that was 1 month ago and ever since they took my money it has been a nightmare of terrible customer support, no response to email and an unwillingness to assist in any way what so ever.
1 Month later and i still dont have my products, they. are stuck at customes inspection. Global Golf purposely left of their legally r equired TAX ID and because of that FED EX refuse to deliver. For 2 weeks we have begged and pleaded for them to simply give t he required info to fed ex so they can release it. They refuse only. after not answering emails for 4 days at a time. Their leadership starts at the top with CEO Ed Byman. I tried 10 times to email and contact him.. ZERO RESPONSE, and h is team follow suit.
Now FED EX Say they will ship the equipment back and Global golf are refusing to refund my money and also want to charge me another $300 in return shipping charges. Do not use this company. You have been warned
