As of March 2016, he had every excuse and possible reason for delay. The boat never moved from the original location it was moved to when they took possession. He advised us he has been contacted before about this numerous times before and it is a scam. We are unsure if the person we dealt with is really Keith Smith. Do not do business with these people.
