Global Graphics and Design is a total scam. They have salespeople that call and get you to agree to 'something' you have no idea what they are talking about, and you agree just to get them off the phone. Beware....the salespeople are highly trained and very tricky with their words, so don't agree to anything over the phone or you will get bills from them forever.
Global Graphics and Design inc, sent a letter to my business with a bill for $320. They said that an ex employee okayed an ad in a guide book that was to be left in hotel rooms and public places in my town. The ad was for my tattoo shop. I contacted them immediately and was told that the book had not gone to print yet, so to simply ignore all correspondence from their company. i did explain to them that I am the actual owner of the company and that the employee had NO RIGHT to make any ads on my behalf. I was under the impression that everything was fine....but I kept getting bills. I called a few times and was told to keep ignoring the bills. I have not recieved a book, there are no books anywhere in the town. this is a total scam. I called today after getting yet another bill and I was told , very rudely! That I have to pay as the ad went to print and there was "nothing they could do about it." I am furious!
