Bought the scratch map in May 2017.. hasn't arrived.
My order number is 1746 and I ordered the Scratch Map from Global Gifts which was advertised on Facebook. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM. I received 1 email in September 2017 and still haven't received the product I ordered in May 2017. I was on their webpage and it sends you in circles. No customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM GLOBAL GIFT SUPPLY, husband bought item, sent wrong one at a much lower price, customer service is non existent, do not reply to any emails....total scam!
I also bout an 'aero extreme' smartphone connectable drone and received a cheap 'power up' free flying motor with no smartphone attachment. Have emailed numerous times and have heard nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM GLOBAL GIFT SUPPLY.
I bought 3x AeroXtreme Motorized Paper Plane for my 4 year old son, costing USD 59.85 Order number 9194 on 2-Sep-2017. The Seller has not delivered the goods. I have written 3 times to them directly prior to opening up a case with PayPal. The Seller does not reply to any emails I have written. Their mobile portal does not work when you try to contact them.
I have searched reviews of GlobalGiftSupply and reviews are terrible! 1 star out of 5 (and presumably this is only because you can't give zero stars!). They seem to have a history of non delivery or late delivery with sub standard goods. I'd be grateful even for a delivery!
This is worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered! They have ZERO customer service. I saw their advert via Facebook. In my view, no reputable company such as Facebook nor PayPal should continue to handle this company - it can only lead to trouble and a bad reputation with any one associated with it.
I bought a star projector from global gift supply, an advertisement of which I saw on Facebook and really liked the project on 4th July 2017. Order number 6216. I have not received my order and nor does the support team respond to my emails. The behaviour of these people clearly project fraud. Please no one use this website to buy any product whatsoever.
