Worst company ever, my work issues these VISA cards, I had part of my check deposited to this and used it as a Christmas savings.The card number was stolen online and emptied out in the course of a month( its saving so I dont check it often).But realized and reported with 40 days of first fraud activity and within hours of the last fraudulent charge.. I filed a report with their dispute dept after spending 8 hours on the phone btwn getting bounced around being put on hold ect. I filed a police report and jumped through all the hoops they requested and was DENIED reimbursement even though the reps told me it was obvious that these were not charges I made and that I would get back everything stolen w/n 45 days.....I now have to send a written request asking why someone was allowed to steal $1250 from my supposedly protected VISA debit card. My bank of America number was hacked at the same time, but they denied the fraudulent charges and immediately notified me, these clowns are just the worst of what is out there, stay away go with a reputable bank.So much for VISA protection.
I was issued a refund on my card for 231.61 I went to the store to buy some food and discovered there was a fraudulent charge of 181 from rite aid contacted the global was on hold for 41 minutes they said I needed to file a dispute on hold for 47 minutes then they tell me since it is pending to contact the company. Called rite aid said they can absolutely stop the charge rite aid filed a fraud report not w on hold again with global to get the charge stopped been on hold for 42 minutes I'm beyond frustrated the charge was from a rite aid in merrick ny I do believe it was someone that works there but their unwillingness to fix this situation is appalling

I called in to Global Cash Card to dispute a transaction on 11/23/2015, I was hung up on by at least 2 maybe even 3 representatives. I finally got someone to the phone that had a slight hint of service to provide. But lief and said she would have a supervisor call me back. That was over a week ago. I called them back myself today 12/04/2015, spoke with a representative and a supervisor and they both informed my they have 45-90 to address any concern in reference to a dispute. I filed a complaint with the CFPB today. I'm tired of playing with them.
I have used Global Cash Card since I started working at my current job more than two years ago. I thought, hey it's convenient. Why not? Everything went well at first. Every so often now they deduct the same charge twice. One they actually "deduct" and the second they leave at pending!! When I call them to get it off pending so I can spend my hard earned cash on my children, they tell me they "can't do anything untill the "company" who the money is for calls them and says to take it off "pending." Excuse me. First of all, you can clearly see the charge went through. Same amount, each time. I don't make double payments. And it's not a mistake on the billing companies part, either. When I call them too see if they will help me out, they straight out tell mewe already recieved your money and have no pending charges on your file to collect. Then they sweetly say they will not call GCC for me because they don't even have the hold on the money! Ridiculous!!!! I always get hung up on. One time they thought I was on hold and I listened to them laughing about me for two minutes. I forgot my SiP so the girl told me instructions on how to find it online when i got home from work. i did, called back and then they proceeded to tell me because i forgot it earlier i had tomail them my id. Hello? im from wisconsin, they are based in CA. This is messed Up
