I am reporting a mortgage broker out of NY that is in the business of charging up front fees and in the business of bait and switch They got my $15,000 upfront fees and asking for another $72,000 for a false promise of $13,500,000 I have included all the attachments and a word document that explains everything I know you can't get my money back, but I hope you at least go after them and STOP them from further upfront fee collection and victims that fall in their switch and bait These are the shysters

Further, This is not some kind of open negotiation. The borrower needs to read the First Mortgage Loan Commitment, AS-IS, then accept or decline.
As I explained to Jesse in detail. We do not order an appraisal or continuously work on a file until we have an accepted Loan Commitment.
