The company seels crap fuel pumps. A month after installed it failed. They ask you to send product back for warranty at your own cost of course. Even the USPS tracking states the package was dlivered they claim they do not have it. These people are crooks selling crap. The do not stand behind their products and warranty. Do not do business with them. These are crooks. Do not be fooled by their volume of sales. It is just because they sell chinese crap cheap.
Bought a BMW 550I fuel pump from this company from Ebay got the pump and it looked like it was ok quality. Installed it car drove fine until I reach half tank the car would stall. Baffle with this issue, I decided to replace the unit with an OEM part and had no issues after. I contacted Global Automotive, and immediately they became defensive, including questioning why I purchase a 70.00 pump and expected any better. I was amazed and shock to say the least. I was told to leave the part with them so it can be evaluated. I left the part and the owner called insinuating that I disrespected his workers, and also that I mishandled the pump due to the fuel hoses being kinked. I said dude are you serious? While going back and forth he said he will make a decision the next day. I never got a call back. 3 days later I called and couldn't reach the owner for some reason or another. My 5th call Jose said that owner wont honor the warranty because I mishandled the pump. Really! I didn't argue at this point I respectfully said I knew this would have been the verdict and I thank you very much! Buyer beware do not buy from these people!
