Ordered three pairs from tokyo paid $333 in april 2019. Never received never heard from her after a couple of emails. I place a report to bbb but she’s still in business. I know so many other people who’s money had been stolen by her, tiffany hayden the owner, through facebook but she closed her facebook account now so i cannot see names anymore. You know heel bangers sells her products means she’s still in business. Also she keep running promotions on her website that means she’s keep stealing money. I really do hope someone who lives in the states would do something because this is an actual crime.
I ordered 3 pairs of heels on April 30th 3019. I received a confirmation email after purchase. At that time on her website it said it would take up to 12 weeks to make plus shipping, so I was expecting up to a 4 month wait. At this point I emailed and after a couple of weeks received a response that it was in line waiting to be made.
Since then (currently Jan 2020) I have emailed a number of times, commented on numerous Facebook and Instagram posts and haven't received any response. Unfortunately, after the 4 month mark it was too late to file a dispute with the bank so I'm now short over $400. It's clear why she doesn't the option to write reviews on her website or Facebook.
I ordered November 7th and STILL have not received a tracking number. This woman is a scam artist. I'm so freaking pissed! I usually review everything before I buy but I'd been following her for years. Worst mistake ever! $130.00 for a pair a heels I will probably never receive. 17 weeks with no communication? Trash. She is absolute trash for doing this to people. You have thousands of followers but you can't hire someone to help you get orders out? You can post pictures on IG and FB several times a day though? Horrible Horrible person.
I ordered the shoes in February. The site said 2 weeks for prodcution and should receive ite, within 4 weeks. 3 MONTHS LATER AND NOTHING. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company just to get some resolution. She FINALLY shipped the shoes AFTER she had been contacteed about the dispute. Horrible business model. She posts on IG all the time but can't respond to paying customers??? DO NOT BUY
It should not take 3 months and a credit card dispute to get an item that I paid for. I understand they are custom made but not 3 months worth. I didn't even get a design just glitter, glued to the heel of a boot.
