We purchased a Glitek X for our son for Christmas. Approximately 2 months later, the board, malfunctioned while riding, causing a minor injury and tearing his pants nearly in half. After several calls, we made contact with Chris at Glitek who stated since we were in Canada, we had to pay to ship it to be repaired or replaced. We sent the information on March 8. We dropped the board off at ups for return on fri march 11 at a cost od $85 cdn. March 13, we emailed Glitek to confirm shipment and gave tracking number. The board was received and signed for by Ortiis. On march 17th, we phoned Glitek and Chris had confirmed that he received the board and would be sending out a new one in the next 3-5 business days.
On march 25th, i sent an email to Glitek asking about shipping since no information was sent out. We have called dozens of times, but they stopped answering the phone or returning any calls. April 8th, we made phone contact with Sneha from customer service at Glitek, explained how my sons board had been returned for repaiur and no one was returning it. At this point we had made well over 75 phone calls and dozens of emails with no response. Sneha responded by email stating they had failed to put proper information for the return board so they never bothered to send another one. She authorized a replacement board by email on april 8th.
Fed Ex picked up the board on Mon April 11 and the board was returned to Glitek on thrusday apirl 14 signed by Ortiis because they failed to put the proper paperwork commmercial invoice to clear customs. After numerous emails and phone calls again, contact with Chris on April 18th, he confirmed and apologized for the screw up again, and authorized another shipment order. No shipment has ever been sent. Numerous emails and phone calls have been placed. May 5th, Sneha responded to an email stating that she has contacted the shipping center to see why it has not gone out yet. She would contact us soon as she finds out. It is now May 21, and all contact through customer service, phone numbers, emails are being ignored. This was my sons only Christmas gift, that we have invested close to $800cdn. Of which it seems, Glitek is in the business of selling defected product and then ripping the consumer off.
Tony Le, Glitek and Parcel Zoom are all frauds and will rip you off. Do not order from Glitek and do not send anything to Parcel Zoom. If you see Tony Le listed as an owner or founder run away fast. He starts Internet businesses takes people's money and then scams them. His current company Gltiek is a disaster. He took people's money offered warranties and then when they breakdown he sends return labels to his other company Parcel Zoom who claims they can't tract it. Stay away from all.
