Placed order for a rear view mirror for a 2005 Montel Carlo based on picture shown on website. Payment was received on 9/11. After calling and leaving messages after 10 days, I placed an escalated claim with Paypal. The very next day, I received an email from GlassRack.net that the part was shipped. For another week. only the shipping label had been printed. It had not been shipped. I received the part, which obviously was the wrong part on 10/6. The mirror was much smaller, the plug was on the wrong side. It did not have the same buttons as shown on their website (Onstar,etc)
An esalated claim was submitted to Paypal again. Part will be returned and we are requesting a full refund. I do not have confidence that this will happen. No one ever answers the phone. There are many negative reviews about this company. I will be looking at reviews going forward for any online purchases. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Every time I email them all I get is excuses that it has been escalated to accounting and they are working on my refund but the credit card with their bank expired, bullshit!
On 6-7-18 I ordered a rear drivers side vent window, you took the money from my account, then sent me the wrong window. The window did not fit. Your live support doesn't work. I called my Bank and told them what was going on, they found a number 1-888-571-2228. When I called that number I spoke to Michael, he give me a different address 4147 Northgate S #1 Sacramento, Ca. 95834 stating the reason for everything being incorrect was because you had just moved. I believed that statement and waited for my refund, when I call back I was told I would not get a refund because I had contacted my bank, and they would refund my money. At that point I got upset--is this a scam Then I was told unless I have a tracking #, I would not get a refund. On 7-19-2018 I tried several time to contact you , both by phone and e-mail . You web site does not work. I have my tracking #. you can mail me a refund to you above address, if you can not put into my account. This has gone on long enough. If this is not a scam, please let me know ASAP before this need to go any further. I am 73 years old. There are laws---
I ordered a new window for my car on 10/17 from Glassrack.net. After having to remind them a few times to get my order together, they finally sent it out. It arrived on 10/27 (FedEx tracking # 770556297294). I realized fairly quickly that it was the wrong part, it wouldn’t fit in my car. I took it to a local mechanic who confirmed that it was the wrong part. The Glassrack.net website says that they welcome any returns within 90 days "no questions asked”. On 11/03 I emailed them, told them I needed to return the part, and that I need a return label. The response I received asked why I needed to return the part. I called their store and spoke with Stan, who claims to be the manager. I explained the situation, read the part number over the phone, and confirmed that it was indeed the wrong part. He said they’d send me a return label shortly, and that I’d receive a full refund. After having to spend the next few days reminding them, via email and phone, to send me the return label, they finally did so on 11/07.
On 11/08 I dropped the package off at FedEx, and Glassrack received the return on 11/13 (tracking # 790736778758). On 11/14 I emailed them to ask about my refund. They replied the same day that they would process it "as soon as possible” and "immediately”. On 11/17 I emailed again, asking about my refund, and they responded with the same "as soon as possible” answer. I then called and spoke with Stan, who told me they’d process my refund "immediately”. When I asked him to define "immediately” he told me "3-5 business days”. I told him that 3-5 business days is very different from "immediately” and he hung up. I called again on 11/20 and spoke with Stan. He told me my refund hadn’t been processed yet, that they needed to "deal with the bank” and that it would take 3-5 more business days. I called for the last time on 11/24. I was told by Stan that my refund still hadn’t been processed that his shipping department had left for the day (it was 2pm on the West Coast). He then started yelling at me, becoming verbally abusive, then hung up. They keep moving the goalposts with my refund, I'm afraid I'll never receive it. Last night I opened a dispute with PayPal, I'lll see where that gets me
I found this company to be dishonest. They sent the wrong size mirror and would not communicate in a timely manner. I ended up returning the mirror at my own cost. Hope I get the refund as promised.
On December 15, 2015, I placed and order with GLASSRACK.NET for a passenger side mirror only, and set of wiper blades for my
2010 Kia Sportage.
The money for the payment was taken out of my account on the 15th or 16th of December. I have yet to receive the merchandise.
I did put a wrong e-mail address, so I am sure that is why I have not received an order confirmation. However, I am concerned because I have not received what I ordered. I was excited when I first found this cite because all the materials I needed were available at a reasonable price. My excitement has turned to frustration and disappointment.

Ordered a mirror and three weeks passed with no update or tracking. I had to file a credit card dispute, then miracously the tracking info showed up. THese type of sites are becoming too common, and we need to not give them business when they operate like this.
