On 11/14/16 I signed a contract to be a Logistics Manager with Glardix. In the contratct, training materials and employee program they stated that I would get $1850. plus $150. in traveling expenses 30 days from processing the first package. Then after the 30 day trial period my pay was to increase to 2250 and 200 in transportation. So I recieved my first package on 11/25/16 and processed appropiatly. When Dec. 27th rolled around I was never paid and I never heard back from Glaridx again.
On Dec. 27th I tried e-mailing Glardix with several of the email addreses that Glardix gave me. I left several voice messages on multiple phone lines given to me. I left messages on Glardix's main webpage chat, and left messagess on the CRM the Glardix employee program. On the 29th I contacted Manuel through the website chat and he gave me the extension number for payroll (305.
He also told me that payroll would be calling me back later that day and nobody ever did!
On Jan. 2nd I sent a letter to the CEO of Glardix and the addresses that were given on the contract stating my intentions that I've contacted KS Department of Labor. A couple of days later I hear back from the CEO. He works in the same building as Glardix, but on a different floor and for a different company. He asked if it was okay if he could hand deliever the letter and I readily agreed. The gentleman who hand delievered the letter contacted me and said that suite 704 didn't exist!
About Jan. 4th 2017 both Glardix personal phone numbers and their business line numbers are no longer aviable. Glardix's main website was down for two days 1/20/17 & 1/21/17, but unfortunately it is up again. I called the Kansas Department of Labor to see the status of my Wage Claim and they too stated that suite 704 doesn't exist!
Glardix is either a legimiate company with shifty business pratices or a scam. At first glance Glardix is very conviencing. They have a professional answering system with multiple extensions. They offered a paper contract. They have several e-mail addresses with the same email (@glardix.com) and several websites. They have a very organized employee program. Glardix website has been up for over 4 years. What they failed to do was get our tax information. And that is the only red flag that this was a scam.
I was approached by a Job Recruiting Site US-Employees for a Logistic Manager Position. I was hired by Steven Jones and my manager was Mike Conte. The other HR person was Rebecca Burnet. The company supposedly was a logistic shipping and mailing service. I was told that I would work on probation for Glardix for 30 days. I would be paid $1850.00 plus $150.00 for travel expense for the 30 day probation period. If I did well after the 30 days I would be offered permanent employment with their company. I would then complete the I-9 and tax forms and they would pay $2250.00 and $200 travel expense. I started working for them on December 14th and I shipped my first package for them On December 15th. I was told that I would be paid one month from the time I shipped my first package and I was told to contact their HR Dept 5 days before my 30th day was up to discuss how I wished to receive my payroll check.
I emailed the HR Depart (Rebecca Burnett) on 1/11/17 and 1/13/17 trying to let her know that I wanted my first pay mailed. She has not responded to any of my emails then I was locked out of the company’s CRM without notice. The orders shipping and receiving information along with a chat was listed on the CRM. When using my sign on and password. The site has a message stating the site is offline for important security updates until 1/26/17. https://instantcrm.net. I noticed today that the company website is gone Glardix.com. I never gave them any banking or social security card information.
