I contacted the company to cancle my order from receiving any further shipment. I read the fine print which said if I would cancle they would not ship anything else.
So I tried calling the company and they can not seem to find my information. I gave them my name, email address, physical address that watch was mailed to and still couldn't find my account. She kept insisting that I give her the first 4 digits and last 6 of my credit card of which I refused cause she should be able to get my account pulled up to cancel it.
Filled out a survey for a $50 wal-mart card , when i finished the survey a list of things came up for you to recieve for just the shipping and handling . Of all the things that were listed , i chose a watch . After i put in all the information plus my credit card number for the shipping , another page comes up that it is a trial offer on the product and you have 14 days to change your mind from that date . If you didn't cancleby then , you would be charged the full price of about $160 . I have been calling the number that was listed tocancel {1-844-321-8166} It will ring and answer then play music for about 15 sec then hang up. Have called several times of the day and night , the same thing over and over. Don't take any of the on line surveys, they are almost all scams !!!!
Went to do a survey where they represented themselves as Amazon, they are not! Said at the end of the survey that I only had to pay shipping. Total of the transaction was $12.94. I was charged $98.49 and $98.89. Quite the difference in price. When I called I was told that I should have read the fine print. They show on there Survey sight were you place your payment that you can reach them at 855-213-5987 this wrong the correct phone number is: 844-886-5374 someone will answer, he/she might say something like there is static on the line, they can not hear you clearly, please use another phone to contact them and hang up. As for the email address for get it. I wrote them an e mail about there acctions, it could not be delivered to said e mail as it did not exist. You can tell I am upset. I have notified my cc co. notified better business bureau also gave the information to our local free newspaper, and on line newspaper, local senior centers. This company might need to be looked into to for taxes, use of unfair business practices etc. Ah, yes even as I was filling our this report a survey to make this sight better poped up, curious I did the survey and sure enough the gifts--gifts were from Glamour Trends/aka Kate Winston Co. which is the base for there @ email. I think I've blown off enough steam. Check out those survey's if you want to take survey's go to a legal legitamit sights there out there.
I originally answered a Amazon Survey and chose a purse . I paid for shipping. However, they also charged me shipping for a watch that I did not order. So, $4.99 and$5.99 was charged on my credit card. . There was nothing that mentioned a 14 day trial. I received a purse and watch in the mail today. I called the customer service number listed on the invoice. Spoke to someone, I told her that I wanted to return both the purse and watch. She told me that I could not return them unless I wanted to exchange them for different ones. I told the woman that I did not want anything else from them. To cancel the account. I was told I would get a refund or half of the charge and received a confirmation from them.. I want this fraud to stop.

This company advertised a watch for 6.99 then after getting my ok and credit card number
added additional 99.98 to the charges.
