Glamour Services is just a jerk with a computer and a robo dialer that is using an ATDS to violate 47 USC section 227 and California Civil Code 1770(a)(22)(A) to illegally call millions of phones for window clearing and gutter cleaning.
These scammers are no registered under Business & Professions Code 17511.1 et seq and have not posted the required $100,000 bond. That is a felony.
By violaing section 227(b) of the TCPA, Glamour Services, LLC (an Illinois LLC) is comitting the criminal violation of section 501 of Title 47.
Using the wires of the United States to repeatedly comitt criminal actions (thousands per day) is actually wire fraud. It is a common plan or scheme to use teh wires (ie phones) to evade Californai taxes, evade registration with the CA secretar of state, evade the bonding required under B&P 17511.1 for telemarketers, illegal recording of calls in violation of penal code section 632.
Racketeering is the comission of two or more acts of wire fraud ( 18 USC section 1343) through a racketeering enterprse (Glamour Services, LLC) over a period of time (beening getting spam calls for months and months now). 18 USC section 1962 has been violated by Glamour Services, LLC
The number of yelp and BBB complaints against Glamour Services, LLC is staggering. Not one single positive review. All negative one stars.
In 2014, the 9th Circuit in Gomez v. Campbell-Ewald Co. (9th Cir. 2014) 768 F.3d 871, 878, regarding TCPA vicarious liability held:
“[t]his interpretation is consistent with that of the statute's implementing agency, which has repeatedly acknowledged the existence of vicarious liability under the TCPA. I didn't even want to give them one star. I thought their pricing was awesome so I accepted the invitation for them to wash my windows. However, when my son found out he said he'd wash them for free - even better! I called Glamour Services to cancel and THAT's when I'm told they have a 24 hour cancellation policy or they charge $50. To make a long story short, I told them I wouldn't pay any fees because they never told me about this policy before I accepted them. I received a 2nd call threatening to send me to collections for the $50. 2 people showed up at my door to wash windows and I sent them away.
I posted this on facebook to warn others and someone responded back to me with an article from the Chicago Tribune newspaper. It was about the owner of Glamour Services! He's being indited for $80,000 of fraud AND he spent time in prison in 2003 for masked armed robbery! THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT IN YOUR HOUSE!

I told the woman who picked up the phone that I hope she and her children die horribly in a fire.
So unlike me not to check Yelp before I hire a service. I received a call and being desperate to have my windows cleaned after the last service gave me the run around and cancelled at the last minute I took the chance and hired them.
I had to "babysit" the young men that showed up to wash my windows. They did show up with their own supplies but that is where the good things ended. After I had to help them remove my windows, I had to remind them the basement windows had not been done when they told me they were "finished". My bedroom windows were wide open and the storms were lying against my dresser. The living room storms were left out when I told them to leave out the screens as they had so much trouble removing them when they started. They did not clean them either nor were all my storms cleaned.
The quality of work is horrible. Long streaks and dirt around the edges of ALL the windows. I paid them just to get them out of my house. Never again will I hire anyone without checking first.
Do not waste your money. Find another service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Unsolicited robo call. I pressed 1 to speak to a customer service person and politely asked to be taken off of the list as this is a business line and I have no need for their services. As I was nicely explaining my situation, the "customer service" rep hung up on me. I will avoid at all costs just due to their attitude.

However, I never went to this particular company's webpage or even saw them on the Google search. But, when I received the call I thought I would just go ahead and connect with a real person to see their estimate. DON'T CONNECT WITH THEM. When the live female came on she was not at all eager to even talk to me. I asked what type of different window washing services they provide and she said that she wasn't aware that there were different types of window washing services--yes, there are, and other websites publish their different packages and different methods of power, hand, or long stick washing with the type of chemicals they use (green based cleaning solutions). I actually thanked her for her time and hung up. How did they even get my number? Shady at best--if you can't get a customer the right way, then backdoor techniques will never win them over.
What a mistake to take this automated call from a company that I never even inquired on the web about! Beware.
