I placed my order online on January 7, and the status of my order changed on January 10. The order status stated awaiting shipment, and remained the same for three weeks. I decided to contact the company. I called and left several messages, I emailed several times. However, no return phone calls or emails. Thank goodness I paid thru amazon pay, and finally received a full refund. I waited three weeks to file my claim with amazon, the process was quick and easy. If I used my credit card for this purchase, I would have never received the merchandise or my refund. This company is bad news! Proceed with caution!
I ordered trimmers and they took forever. On top of that they were broken. The blade was broken and the box was damaged and seemed pre used. I would NEVER recommend using this company to ANYONE!
I ordered a brush in August and here it is the end of September and I still don't have it. They provided a tracking number for the delivery but as far as I get with USPS is a Georgia locaiton and I am in Philadelphia. It says I should have received the delivery by 9/14 and here it is 9/26....its a shame because I can't get a response from Glam Beauty (voice mail is full for the past week) and USPS is not responding either...$21 bucks down the drain!
On September 7.2016 I ordered andis slimline pro li and was issued an order number 5322 and never received them. I checked my order status n it's says awaiting shipment. I e-mail them and they never responded.
I ordered a brush from Glam Beauty Now and never received anything. I have emailed them twice and called twice, to get a voice message box saying, box full. They gave me a confirmation number but nothing else. I am so disappointed with this fake business. To rip off customers is just wrong. My bank account was deducted the funds, but no response.
