The company Giovanni's AC (located in Miami) are rip-off artists! After servicing my home (at a cost of $160 cash) for a coil and drain cleaning special I was stuck with having to pay once more (to another company) to have similar functioning problems remedied just a little over two weeks later!
After contacting the company (to hopefully have someone come back out to recheck the work) I was rudely treated and ulimately hung up on numerous times when I refused to agree to pay them for a service call/plus expenses.
To anyone considering this company PLEASE be aware that their tactic is to try and double-charge the customer if possible by not remedying the problem but delaying it to get more of your money!
