I went to the dealership on October 9th around 7:30 pm and asked about a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Sport that has 90k miles. it was listed for $9500. the salesman Jessie got the keys and we drove it for five minutes and everything seemed fine. we did the paperwork, I put $3000 down and they insisted that I buy a warranty for about $2300. I did. when I drove it later that night is was shuddering and missing. I was like there must have been some additives added to it in order not to show anything. the more I drove it, the worse it got.
I went back to them and the sales manager MARIO could not have been worse.such a disrespectful piece of $hit. he was winking on me with the service manager in order to make me drive it for a week and then come back. Gillman will return the car if you don't drive it 200 miles with no questions asked and they wanted me to drive more than the 200 miles!!
the service tech put the car's computer to test and told me there is a bad cylinder and the Transmission is not giving any codes at all because there is something wrong with it and maybe someone deleted or reset the codes!!! great,I bought a 2017 car in order to start worrying about repairs the next day! I confronted Mario the moron the next day and he told me to get a lawyer and he will not give me the down payment and shut the door in my face. I dumped the car at the dealership, threw the keys in their face to stick it up their @$$.
well, I have a lawyer and I am not interested in suing them right now. I just want my $3000 for now. if I sue them there will be more money involved. I was absolutely shocked that a moron like him is a sales manager. I decided to go to the lawyer and not deal with that idiot. But, a couple of days later the sales director, his name is Jessie too, called me and offered to sit down together and solve the problem, I agreed.
I will absolutely 100% guaranteed not to take the car back. before that, I contacted the GM and he did not care. NOBODY CARED ABOUT THIS SCAM. the sales director is the only one to call. I have not met him yet and will do that by the weekend. I will update this report as we go. in the meantime, if anyone in Houston wants to buy a car AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
