I bought a what should have been a 2015 scooter fom gilliam enterprise shawn williams. He is a total scammer where he told me that the scooter did not need a title.When I went to register at the dmv they told me to go back to him and get the title. He then told me he will send me the title. When I received the title it was a 2013. He has since refused to do anything about it. He is not registered as a entity anywhere and I told craiglist to flag his ads. Beware and buy some where else!!!
