I had a bad reaction to treatment by Dr Kroll and tried endless times to reach anyone at the office, but no one would get back to me. They told me that I had to pay to talk to nurse and I informed them that I was having an adverse reation to the treatment and they said Dr Kroll was too busy and the nurses were too busy but woud call me back. I went through 4 weeks of this and no one got back to me.
I finally had to go to emergency. This is completely wrong. She has had many lawsuits so beware, I would not recommend this office. I have contacted the medical board for neglect. If you are too busy to follow up when your patients has complications you should not be seeing that many patients!
