Purchased our pup in april 2019, being sold as 'pedigree' w/ contract starting papers to be provided within 90 days. Nothing but excuses, & lies, & to this day we have not received them. We have contacted him numerous times, & there is always an excuse. Contact w/ other buyers reveals a long trail of fraudulent business practices.
