This company is committing fraud.They sell discounted gift cards with less value than you pay for it. I purchased a discounted gift card for $275.13 with face value of $319.92. The actual value on the gift card was $12.10. They have kept my money and I am not so sure I will even get the refund on my order. Scam - Fraud is their business, buyers beware this company is bad news. Stay far away from this company, I cannot believe they can stay in business doing this to customers. I did not read these reviews before, and I paid for this. Customers service agents are a joke, manager does not call you back. I expected a supervisor out there to make this right, I was waiting on hold for a manager for over 15 minutes than I was told I could not hold any more!?No company should operate this way.
I purchased the digital NIKE gift cards (6% discount) with order #249044 on Jan 2, 2017. One card with last four number 7605 should have $185.82 balance at the time of purchase. However, the actual balance is $0. I never used this card. I have reported this problem on Feb 27, 2017. I got response on Mar 6, 2017 and the company promised to resolve this issue within 2-4 days. But now the case is closed from the case status showed by company. Actually, this issue is not resolved and i never got refund. Also, i did not get any notice when the case was closed. As the company promised, he provides a 100-day guarantee policy for protecting customer if Gift Card has a balance less than the balance listed on the website at the time of purchase. This policy has been listed on company website (https://www.giftcardbin.com/extra_info_pages.php?pages_id=10&osCsid=821a49f7436e5540ed19075cef8ab28a). I do not know how the company carry out this policy and how protect customer. It is a very very bad experience.
I purchased a gift card for Lowes for $144.15 at Gift Card Bin. I tried to use it to pay for a large purchase at Lowe's and to my embarresment it only had $1.14 balance on it. I immediatley called Gift Card Bin, which is closed on weekends, and has no customer support. I left a message, I also emailed them twice about it. I have not heard back it's been 2 days. I am going through my credit card as I told them if they didn't get back to me by Monday afternoon.

Gift CardBin sold us a gift card with a zero balance and refused to issue a refund.
They took our money and failed to stand behind their product.
We are suing them and currently seeking others who have been ripped off by Gift CardBin to join a class action lawsuit.
Everyone should be warned: this is bogus, a scam, a ripoff.
