That's right, CORPORATE ENTITIES such as GAF/GAFMC under the direction/authority of their Regional Repressentative Drew Paetow and Cheif Counsel Rachel Engelstein, and Regional and District Representatives Dave Poikenon and Tim McNeil of VELUX skylights have been supportive, enablers and FINANCIALLY REWARDED by these endeaver(s), ... EVEN AFTER BEING REPEATEDLY MADE AWARE IN WRITING (emails and texts) and IN PERSON and/or via telephone conversations.
SIMPLE: Dan Gibbs falsely advertises his credentials of GAF and VELUX products, services and warranty(ies) EVERYWHERE, including his self-proclaimed "BEST ROOFING COMPANY TITLE", the consumer has NO real knowledge or experience in making an INFORMED decision, makes the purchase and then is handed a SUB-PAR WARRANTY OR GUARANTY. Dan Gibbs gets CAUGHT, it's brought to the attention of MA Building Departments (Rochester, Wareham, Marion, Mattapoisett to name a few), Home Improvement Contractor Board of MA, and GAF/GAFMC and VELUX and Dan Gibbs continued to operate in the same manner... VOID OF REAL CREDENTIALS, BUILDING PERMITS, SUB-PAR WARRANTIES.
WHAT DID GAF/GAFMC and VELUX do about it once notified having taken place for YEARS? ... rather than penalize Dan Gibbs, they promoted Dan Gibbs to HIDE THEIR LIABILITY... and they do so today.

CONSUMER PAYS FOR DAMAGE AS AN ILLEGAL INSTALLATION, 4) doesn't pull a permit on an ASBESTOS PROJECT and gets caught by OSHA or Department of Environmental Protection... contamination spreads...
