Giant Recreation World located in Melbourne, Fl. Sold my husband and me a 30' Forest a River travel trailer that has caused a nothing but problems. It is a 2016 but appeared to have a little wear on it when we bought it off the showroom floor. We figured this was just from people looking at it as they shopped. We were told we were getting a great bargain but have learned since that great bargains come at a price! The first problem was that we were told that our Nissan truck would be able to haul the trailer because it was so light. Wrong!! After we purchased it, we realized we needed a bigger truck so we shelled out a lot of money for a heavy duty truck to haul the trailer. Next came all the material problems with the trailer: parts falling off inside and out, stabilizers that don't work, water backing up in the tub and sinks, a toilet seal that mysteriously vanished, closet and cabinet doors that came off their hinges, a. Furnace that pooped out when it was very cold outside ( we had to purchase a portable heater to keep warm), threads coming loose on all the furniture, wobbly sink faucets, shower trim that came off, mattress that is slowly sinking into the cheap piece of wood it sits on, toilet paper holder that popped off, straps that hold chairs while traveling coming loose from the wall...I could go on and on! This is a piece of junk! We are so upset because we have dreamed of traveling and when all of this stuff started happening, my husband had to try to fix it himself. We are up in Ga. Now and have no way of rectifying any of these problems until we get back home in three weeks. We are very Leary of having GRW even touch our trailer for fear they will do more harm than good! What can be done? We are seniors on a fixed income and are not rich.

Do not buy from this company they do not know there business
i purchased a used rv from them and i know the meaning of used but after owning
the coach for less than 2 months im broke down on the side of the road with a
broken drive belt which sound simple but it is ten oclock at night im sitting on a dark
highway with my family on a holiday so no parts available not bad after being told that
the coach went through a full inspection and service before being sold.
not only that but the so called appliance warranty that comes with the purchase the washer
did not work from day one noticed when i got home but i was advised that a washer is not a
appliance and the coach was returned to have the refrigator looked at for poor performance
now one week after the warranty is up the fridge does not work at all.
they do not know how to take care of there customers all they are concerned about is the sale
then you are a nobody i would stay clear of this place.
