They sold me garbage so I returned said garbage, not only did they not credit my account for the return but they screwed up my account so bad I can't decipher wtf they did...
I still had a small prior balance on the account and was making 2-3 payments over the minimum amount each billing period, yet my account stayed in PAST DUE status? Calling does zero good as they will claim they can't understand you if you have a situation they can't or don't want to handle, & that would be ALL situations.
If you don't speak what they speak you're effectively f&%ked. I got fed up wasting my time and getting no solutions so I explained one last time that they would not get a single thin red GD cent from me unless or until they fixed their mess, and I immediately stopped paying.
At least 20-30 times a day, all hours of the day and night, these psychos are blowing up my phone, because that's legal? Obviously, that wasn't going to continue so I filed a complaint with TransUnion directly.
A few days later I received confirmation that they (Gettington) had taken care of all the mistakes they made and corrected the account, except for the fact that they lied, they didn't take care of a MFing thing because they're shady AF.
I immediately re-filed my complaint with TransUnion, then I filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, & CFPB just to be sure. I'm exhausted just writing this, no doubt it's exhausting to read, but not as exhausting as crap "service" from them...
