Rod Littles scammed me by telling me the price of a Nissan Rogue was $19,000.00. By the end of the paperwork my price had ballooned to $48,000.00. He was very innapropriate by trying to make a pass at me and making unwanted sexual comments. This made me not pay much attention to the paperwork because I felt very embarrassed. Then when it came to financing, even though I had a credit score of over 700 and Nissan was giving a 0% rate, he told me it was unavailable and he gave me a 4.5 rate on a new car.
My husband tried to have them take back the car but Littles threatened him and called him names. I was upside down on the car coming out of the lot by $20,000.00. I feel Littles took advantage of me because I am a woman. I caution anybody from buying a car from that dealership.
I bought a car from Gettel Nisan of Sarasota in March 2016 and then took my son to buy one from the same dealer in July 2016, because the Salesman was so helpful on our first sale. While purchasing my son's car, I was promised a Referral Rebate of $200 and my son was promised a rebate of $150 for purchasing a 2016 car.
Around early August neither my son nor I had received our Rebates. We started calling to the Dealership to check on the status. They referred us to a Rebate company they used for my son's $150 rebate. After a little bit of back and forth, we were able to straighten that out and he received his gift card (to which he only had 90 days to use it or lose it).
Unfortunately, now it is October and I still have not received my $200 Referral Rebate. I've been transferred around to so many people who keep pointing at another person to handle my situation and no one has done anything! The salesman has been telling me the "check is in the mail" for over a month. The Switchboard Operator is rude, I guess she has ID caller and knows my number by now from me calling so many times.
I know it is only $200, however it is MY $200 that they PROMISED to me and I want it! I'm thinking of getting Shannon Behnken, a local news reporter who helps hard working citizens like myself get what they're promised from company's who falsely advertise!
