This company sells a trial for a anti-aging skin care product for $4.97 including shipping and handling. You must agree to the terms of the trial which (was) a link located at the bottom of the page. If you are not careful and don't read the terms of service you will find that if you don't cancel within 14 days you will be charged $89.97 for the small .5oz sample they send you. I did not read the terms and service and was shocked to be charged the full amount of almost $90 15 days later for the product which is probably worth $3 at most. And I am of the opinion that I could get a better product at my local .99 cents store.

I called them up asking for a refund and they gave me a legal response saying that I agreed to the terms of service. So I called my credit card company and ask for a provisional chargeback. They gave me a provisional credit for $89.97 Two months later my credit card reversed the provisional credit because WDI*Getskincare sent them legal documentation showing that I had agreed to the terms and services. I called my credit card company and was told that I unfortunately had to pay that ridiculous amount.

I called WDI*Getskincare and asked if I could get the refund out of courtesy, but the customer service rep said that the only way he would talk with me is if I have a representative from my credit card company on a 3-way call. I asked him if he would just give me a credit and he again said that he would only talk to me if he was talking to a rep from my credit card company and me on a 3-way call. Any legitimate company would give you are courtesy refund if you miss the trial period cancellation date by 2 days.

This is obviously a ripoff company that is preying on people thinking they legitimately buying a low cost sample for an reasonable price and then they stick it to you if you don't cancel or read the rip-off terms and don't end up buy the sample.

This is obviously a ripoff because you think you are legitimately buying a cheap sample and you are actually buying the full product which is not worth it at all.
