This couple seem to be professional thieves. They asked me for a 2nd credit card and proceeded to double and triple charge thousands of dollars on both my cards.
I was lucky that I had paid by credit card because I was able to work with my bank over several months to get the money refunded. My money was tied up for a long time though and it was a lot of work to get the refunds.
I spoke to other customers who had also been repeatedly charged and picked it up and we all got the same story from Eric Gruber - that they were having problems with their billing system and the money would be refunded, but then it wasn't.
I see that there are also complaints about them on Better Business Bureau. I suspect it's a numbers game for them and they do well out of all the people who don't notice the overbilling charges or aren't prepare to fight to get their money back.
Just wanted to put my experience on record too, and I have reported them to Linkedin because they promote themselves as Linkedin experts.
My advice is if you choose to do business with Kristine Jaramillo, Get Linkedin Help or Eric Gruber, don't give them your credit card, or any way they can automatically take payments. Check everything they bill you for too.
GetLinkedinHelp.com Reviews
GET Linkedin Help is a complete fraud.
Do not associate with them. They are a scam and will manipulate your CC for payment.
Nothing about the facade of legitimate website is real behind the scenes.
They will not do the work and will run away with your money.

Please spread the word as to this fraudulent business. They prey on people that don't have the time to fix their own profiles.
