I loaned George Gonzalez 15,400 dollars on Nov 24th 2015. He paid me a total of 3,500 dollars back over the course of one year. He has a balance left of 11,900 dollars and is choosing not to pay me the difference. I have watched him buy new car's vans and go on many vacations during this time claiming he's broke and can't pay me. He owns 10 paid off houses and two apartment buildings in the Ozark and Troy area of Alabama. This person I've known for many years and was told not to do business with him by his own friends but I chose to do so. I am taking legal action very soon And have records of him writing me checks and admitting what he owes to me.
