George's Wholesale Tires Reviews

  • Mar 12, 2022

On 07.23.2019 I took my Jeep Cherokee to George's Wholesale Tire, 3260 N Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, FL 34465, purchasing four new tires with a 70,000 mile warranty, including FREE tire rotations every 6,000 miles, spending $851.00

I went to George's on 05.21.2020 for a tire rotation, arriving early, they do NOT take appointments. In the process of rotating the tires one of the lug nuts head was broken by George's employee. It cost ME $7.00 for their carelessness. I should not have had to pay for the lug nut replacement, that is part of the cost of their doing business. I have gone to Jeep dealers and other shops, NO problems. It is obvious it George's problem to fix this at their cost.

05.29.21 - 0715 Hrs. Arrived at Georges at 0730. Jimmy (Manager?) told me, when he opened at 0800 for a rotation, he would have to check with a third party for lug nuts, as the ones that come with vehicles from Chrysler, the heads break off. He said it would be $80.00 and would call me first of next week when they arrive. As of 06.03.21 NO CALL !!!!! As of 06.19.21 NO CALL !!!! Still NO call as of today, 03.10.2022 , and still NO tire rotations. I had to go to the Dodge dealer for the rotation which cost me money.

06.19.21 - 1547 Hrs. Called Jimmy, he advised they are not in yet. He has my number and will call me when they arrive.

It is now 03.13.2022 , NINE MONTHS later and I have NOT received a call from "Jimmy" or anyone from George's. Nor have they honored any tire rotations after the initial one.

Jimmy wants me to put out $80.00 to cover all of the lug nuts on our Jeep Cherokee. I guess to cover future breaks. WHAT !!! His people are breaking the heads off, NOT me other shops, just George's, his people.

Jimmy advises the lug heads are a flaw with Chrysler. Well, if that is the case, you know that, use a different tool other than an impact wrench, or equivalent to remove and replace the lug nuts.

In closing, customer beware.
