I have a PO that confirms what I ordered and yet they sent me another part. I have a packing label to confirm the wrong part they sent.
On top of that, they packed it poorly. They refused to pay for shipping it back and claiming I ordered that part when evidence shows otherwise and they know it. I come to find out they never will own up to screwing up and apparently they must have a sad little shipping dept to make that many mistakes. Yes, their prices are pretty good for applicance parts, but god forbid, if they send you the wrong part.
Given how often they do it, you will end up paying to have it returned. It cost me $26 dollars to return the part. I had to make a claim to PayPal and they refunded the entire amount i put couldn't cover my return shipping. I"m out 26 dollars which is the cost to send something back to these bozos who were the ones who screwed up in the first place.
I filed a complaint to the BBB and they wrong a long cut and paste of their "policies" which has little to do with the fact they sent me the WRONG part and not what I ORDERED as stated on the PURCHASE ORDER. Like people can have all sorts of idiotic "policies" but what they did is ethicially wrong. Good luck with getting the right part with them.
Called company to get OEM part for my chest freezer. Company provided part number. I ordered 2. They were sliding baskets for my chest freezer. I received them & they do not fit. Went through multiple gyrations sending them pictures etc.
They told me they will not take the return or exchange it for the correct part. Nice gig - give customer wrong part number, customer orders part. It is the wrong part & Genuine Replacement Parts will not exchange the part or take a return.
Nice business model if you're them! Many ways to make money in this world these days. The company is rated F on the local better business website & they have many, many unsatisfactory reviews.
I recieved a different part number ice maker. The part number is different than the invoice. The ice maker is defective and they refused to replace it. This company is a RIPOFF. Check out the reviews on . I wish I did before I made this purchase

Please do not send a picture of the invoice, or of the number on the part itself, due to the possibility that the part which you received may be different than what is listed on the invoice. The part number should be on the box or packaging.

Convection bake fan motor
Believing that ordering genuine replacement parts was a good idea I ordered a convection bake fan motor from Genuine Replacement Parts. It's a simple job. Screw the fan into the back frame, attach the fan blade from the front, then plug it into the electric system. Nothing fancy. Started the convection bake cycle and POP. Neither oven element would work so I had an appliance repair person come out and after a through diagnostic found the control board had blown out needing replacement. Nothing else wrong. So, not having any intension of spending a few hundred getting a new control board installed with this fan motor still in, I requested to send the part back for a refund. Genuine Replacement Parts wanted nothing to do with the situation basically telling me, you opened the box, installed it, but it must be something else that caused the problem. Now I have to replace the oven. Buy what you need from someone else, if I could give a 0 star rating here I would.
I ordered new chrome oven racks for my Whirlpool Stove, from Genuine Replacement Parts, Inc.. They sent me oven racks that were the incorrect size and wouldn't fit my oven. I contact them received an RMA and followed their very specific policy for returning parts. I followed their instruction to the letter and returned the oven racks for a refund.
I had to keep sending emails asking about the refund. Two and a half months later, I received an email telling me the racks had burn marks on them as if the were used in an oven and they wouln't refund my money. This was a total lie because these racks were too big for my oven, so there wasn't any way I could use them to cook anything. There was no assurance they didn't utilize used racks to take these pictures just to scam me out of my refund of $105.00.
