No customer service

Be very careful ordering parts from this company. They sent me the incorrect part and when I called for customer service, I was told I had to go through the website to get correct part and an rma# for return. When I did, they charge a 20% restock fee and I have to pay to ship it back. No exchanges for the correct part! Be aware buying from this company. Better off paying a little more elsewhere knowing you can exchange if you get incorrect part. Zero customer service, tried several times to contact them and have not received a response.

We needed a part by the weekend to sell our truck and ordered in Wednesday night. We paid $58 for the overnight shipping to make sure we got the part. The part was coming the same state we live in so we figured this would not a problem. Friday came around, no part, so we called and left a message telling them if we didn't get it by Saturday to cancel the order. Saturday, no part, Monday no part, we were surprised when the part showed up on Tuesday.

Called them and asked for a refund. Was given the run-around and told a manager would call us back. One week later, no manager call, called back the next week, waited 30 mins and finally talked to someone claiming to be a manager. They said no refund would be given because sometimes with processing, our overnight shipping can take 6 days. I asked about why no one called me back after my messages, he claimed he never got any messages. Crooks, refused even to give me 50 cents back on the $58 shipping on the $12 part. DO NOT USE THEIR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING SCAM!

Genuine parts giant - Ford Parts Giant Sent me the incorrect part & when I called for customer service, was told I needed to go through the website and find the correct part and get an rma# for incorrect part. Issue is they want a 20% restock fee and I have to pay to ship it back and then maybe I will get a credit if they approve the part in it's original packaging!

I tried several times to speak to customer service and contact them through their website but did not get a response. Buyer beware, it would be worth it to pay a little more from a dealer knowing you can exchange it if needed and receive customer service. Genuine Parts Giant has zero customer service. They only want your money.

Went online to purchase a new oem Valve cover for my sons 2002 buick regal. I ordered this on 7-10-16. I went to put it on 7-15-16 and noticed it wasn't new but used cleaned up and spray painted to pass as new. This is fraud to me. This valve cover is even warped and not sitting flat. So obvious it was used. I can't beleive a company would do this. They should be shut down. Tried getting there address online but they dont disclose it. Buyer beware.
