I purchased 2 cases with wheels, 2 small bags, 1 lock and 1 umbrella. I only received 1 case 1 small bag. I contacted company. No phone. Can only leave info on their website. I left 2 messages. No response. I received an order confirmation so I replied to that. Asked if there was an error. I was told there were 2 boxes.
1 was delivered 1 day and a 2nd the next day. I never received it. They told me to contact shipper. I did that already. I called Ups which passed it along to USPS. USPS gives me runaround. Contacted genius pack again 3 times. No response. I ordered through GMA deal. I had to tell them I would Contact gma to complain. They finally responded that they would issue tracer. It’s been 3 months. No response to my emails.
