On 2/2/17 I discovered two 12 volt batteries on my travel trailer were bad. I went on line and found General Power. Drove 26 miles. Discussed the diferences between 6 volt and 12 volt specificaThe 6 volt were recommended and I bought two. I was told there would be a $48 core charge but it would be refunded when I returned the bad batteries. The total was $320.46.
On the following days I returned with the two 12 volt batteries and was given $24 instead of $48. I was told the 6 volt were heavier.

My complaint fell on deaf ears.
