I purchased a product for my grandson from this company which is called a gel blaster gun which shoots some kind of non toxic biodegradable bullets you soak on water before you shoot them. Really fun for kids to play around in the backyard. When I received this gun it was not in a whole.
There was a gigantic hole in the side of the shipping box and many, many pieces are missing. All of the parts that had any weight to them is what is missing it fell right out the hole in their box. This I'd completely due to their negligence with their packing and shipping process. I have tried to work with the company on getting the pieces back to them but I have no printer and I am a disabled senior with no way to get a label to put on the box and they refuse mail me one.
I told them they should have a return label in the box just for a situation like this one. They refuse to accept the fact I have no way to print a label. I live 20 or more minutes away from any where I could go to get a label printed and then put into a mail container. The box they used was a single ply soft shelled box shipped across the sea from china.
I'm sorry but a 5 year old would know it wouldn't hold up the trip. They originally told me it would be about 5 days and di not tell me it was coming form China it was a U.S. address.
My bank has refunded me but these guys keep fighting me on this and harassing me about how I can't get a label printed.
Due to their packing all of the parts worth anything are gone and all that's left is a plastic shell and not screws to put it together.
