Geek.com, Wish.com, they were both together when I started dealing with them, now they are separate it seems. But they are both rip-off companies, not really any different. They really pull some fast ones while you're shopping. They have a price on something like a pair of shoes, say $30.00, but when you order a specific size the price jumps up $5.00 or $10.00 to $35.00 or $40.00 plus the shipping. Here's another way they nail you for more money. Let's say something was $2.00 a package plus shipping of $1.00. If you add three or four pieces the price will jump to $3.00 or $4.00 a package plus a $1.00 each for shipping. So instead of paying $8.00 for four packages plus shipping you'd be paying $12.00 or more dollars. The other thing I don't like about them is that they have and keep your credit card information; so they can and apparently to other posts, withdraw more money from your accounts, either credit card or checking accounts. And if they ever get hacked, you're in real trouble then. Better not to order from them at all. I would not trust them for one second. They have too many ways of getting more of your money without you realizing it. I started to see what was going on when I started to place a second order with them, then I canceled it once I caught on to all the things they were doing to increase the price once you clicked on ORDER. An order that should have been about $70.00 came in at $115.00 with the games they play and it wasn't what I ordered. Things come in not sized correctly or the wrong color as well. It is a mess, and you start getting packages a month later for over a month or more. BEWARE! It's not lousy customer service, there is no customer service!

I signed up for 3 years service for $300.00. (I thought they were a company in a near by city) After fixing my computer a few times, they informed me that they could not fix it anymore because I needed to upgrade. This of course would cost me more. I told them that as they could not fulfill their obligations, I wanted my money back. I paid by credit card. They told me they could not credit my credit card, but if I opened a bank account through them they could refund me. I of course refused. After several calls from them and me still refusing, I have not heard from them again. They have removed any contact number for them so I am unable to contact them.

The store is geek and the service they use is wish. These two companies are the worst. I ordered a car stereo from them. I give them the correct address and pay them the money. They ship it out 11 states away for me and someone from texas signs for my package. I live in Tonawanda New York. I write wish.con they tell me to order another one and to give the correct address. I gave them correct address. They weren't going to refund me at first. Until I said lawyer and consumer affairs. They refund me and tell me to wait 14 days for the refund. I figure they wont do this again if order a another one. WRONG! This time they tell me to wait 7 days to process it another 7 days to get it ready to ship and then 28 days to arrive at destination. I wait the the 7 processing days only they dont bother to touch it. I write them and tell them I filing a consumers report and my lawyer would be involved. They refund me again. They say the same thing again wait 14 days for a refund. These two companies are cowards.
