GBG Automotive I was referred to this shop by a friend and I regret going to do business with the owner Jay he is very unprofessional, disrespectful and his customer service skills are very poor to be in a so called business, also he is very argumentative when I showed him the issues that was not fixed. The job he did on my vehicle is very tacky and unacceptable! My insurance company paid $7700 to fix my vehicle and he give it back to me in this condition.

I was very upset to the point I was crying because my car has been at his shop all this time and it is not ready to my expectations. My husband was with me and very upset about the situation because we had both our cars at his shop. One for insurance and one we paid $3100 out of pocket. After my husband got the cars off his lot they started having a disagreement Mr Jay ran into the shop and came out holding a gun not pointing it at me but still it shouldn't have came to that. My husband never pulled a firearm.

I drove off and took the vehicle to another shop down the road I explained what happened and the owner sincerely apologized to me and what I went through with the shade tree mechanic. Do not trust this place it is not legit they will take your money and go to pick a part to fix only what the eye can see. When he gave me the vehicle back it should have been fixed I do not understand how he as a businessman that has been open for 12 years miss the horrible mistakes in the pictures attached.

If the check was issued why not do the work properly then he got upset, mad and offended when I showed him the work that was done. The owner Jay called me and asked me to meet him at PLS to cash the check from Geico because it had both our names on it. He said he needed the money for parts (but he been open for 12 years). I didn't know better so I met him to cash the check but I should have said no until the work was done on the vehicle. We ended up having to pay for the repairs at a different shop and the work was done correctly.

Also Jay the owner disconnected something on my car to where we would have to take the car back and he would charge more money. I asked the owner for an invoice he stated that e would email it to me that was over a week ago and I still have not received anything. I wish I could attach pictures of the tacky paint job and the tacky work that was done to my vehicle. I came off more money but I am so glad my husband made the decision to get the cars out his shop and go to someone whos work is guaranteed. I hope the owner know that he wont be in business too much longer if he keeps messing over people like this. he got 10,000 off us for both cars and did a horrible job on both cars.

The owner Jay took my money and did not repair neither one of my vehicles to my satisfaction. He fixed the cars so if you looking at it they look good but if you take the panel off the car the damages are still underneath. This is not what me and my husband paid for. The pictures attached are for service after my vehicle was supposed to be completely repaired.
