Shipping was unacceptably slow and furthermore, they also reduced my initial offer to buy back my iphone 10 by approx 65%, citing false flaws. I stated it was in above average condition but not flawless.

They said it had "missing buttons" which is both false and absurd! They also cited excessive scratches, yet the phone was always kept in a case with a screen protector, so any scratches were barely visible. They clearly made up flaws in hopes that I would just accept a lower value rather than go through the time and energy to ship it back and re-sell it. And time is money with these phones! What a scam.

Went to their site Gazelle.com , entered phone Model and IMEI #s for two unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite phones in perfect condition. They offered $207 each and sent me a box and label. The phones were indeed unlocked as I specifically ordered them that way to use another carrier.

I offered 2 Samsung Galaxy S21 Phones for sell. Both less than a year old. 1 Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 256GB (Unlocked) good condition and was quoted $509 for this phone. I also offered Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB (Unlocked) excellent condition and was quoted $411 for this phone. Both phones were sent back sealed in vacuum packaged bags in protected boxes for electronic return. No obvious damage could be hidden. Both in great working order and only traded because we switch to iOS ecosystem. Once received I and inspected I received adjusted offers significantly reduced:

For the S21 Ultra 5G 256 (Unblocked) > Scratches: We found that the device has more than the acceptable amount of scratches - adjusted to $320.

For the S21 5G 128 (Unblocked) > Scratches: We found that the device has more than the acceptable amount of scratches - adjusted to $185.

This is patently false else I would not be trading in phones selecting conditions that are representative of what a fair person would agree upon. I believe this is a systematic practice and a scam that they use to take advantage of anyone selling a phone. Their offers are within reason if they really honored them but I believe their offers are simply bait offers then they switch once they have possesion to take advantage of anyone who is desperate enough for the money. Take it or leave it offer.

I declined because I can afford to. I was not happy trading away such an investment at 1/3 of its value. I refuse to trade it to them based on their predatory business practice and tactics.

Unless you are desparate I would not do business with them. A local Pawn shop would be less pretentious and you would not have to be taken advantage of remotely or wait for your money if urgency is an issue.

I ordered a Verizon iPhone 6s plus from gazelle. We used their payment plan affirm at checkout. What we received was a GSM unlocked iPhone that we cannot activate on our plan. Then we asked for them to send us the correct phone after we send this one back.. Nope they won't. They will accept the return then we have to re-order it... And hope, I guess, that they send the right thing the second time? Then there is the payment situation. The affirm account would take 20+ days to settle and there is no guarantee they would approve us for the replacement phone. So my daughter would be another month... maybe longer... Without a phone. Are these people nuts.? They need to pay attention to detail...! Details like this matter very much to the consumer.. They also should have better customer service after the sale.. Especially when they make a mistake that results in the customer not being able to use the product they sold at all! I won't be buying from them again and I am posting on social media every day and everywhere I can to try to get them to fix this the right way!

I recently sold my smart phone to Gazelle. Their website and all email communications state and claim that they will pay cash for your phone or item you are selling to them. However, once the product is shipped to Gazeele and the they receive it they DO NOT PAY YOU CASH!!!! Instead they give you a gift card on your Amazon account. If you do not have an Amazon accout you have to create one to claim your agreed upon price.

Hi there, dispute for the following orders# GAZ1263,GAZ1190,GAZ1182. First of all I only received 49 items instead of 71 from three separate orders. Not only that 13 of the cell phones are not functional either they have a bad LCD or no power considering the auction description of the item which is suppose to be grade B means fully functional cell phones. When I emailed the Bstock company which is the company that manages they told me that gazelle respond back to them saying that they are out of stock of the product they had on auction so my question is howcome they had Auction for cellphones and they are not in stock

Therefore I'm requesting a full refund of my money in order to solve this matter ASAP hopefully this won't take long because time is money and I did wait almost a week for this item to be shipped to me and now here you go it's not even what I was expecting please get back with me and let me know when I'm suppose to do the shipping in order to return items to gazelle company.
