DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GAUDIN FORD!!! I will never deal with this business again! This morning they refused to service my 2017 Ford Mustang GT, which I purchased their along with the premium service and maintenance warranty.
With NO prior notice they said they no longer wished to due business with me for having complained about a prior visit on a survey to Ford Corporate, in which upon taking my car in at the end of 2018 they did not check the battery and a week later I had to have the car towed back in as the battery and cables were corroded.
They fixed the issue at that time as all was still under warranty. I subsequently took my 2018 Mustang, which I also purchased from this same place a few weeks later with no issue. I had never been contacted nor spoke to management until today. The dealership refused to honor their service warranty or explain any other justification. Total surprise to me!
This is a total scam and retaliation for having made a poor survey prior. When I spoke to the manager via phone he said that since I complained I should go somewhere else that would make me satisfied since I was not happy there. NO, do your job, provide good quality service and honor your warranties. This is not the way to treat a customer who bought two cars for you in the past year and a half.
Anyone else’s who has problems with this dealership should call Ford’s Corporate office, file a BBB complaint, file a consumer affairs complaint with the NV Attorney General, and file a DMV dealership complaint. #ford #gaudinford
