I found a nicely restored 1966 f-100 Ford short box on Gateway Classic Cars web site. All was going well until I received the truck and immediatly noticed damage to the hood. The delivery driver noted the damage on the bill of lading and said that Gateway Classic Car staff had the hood open to boost the truck before delivery and thats when he noticed the damage. When I called Josh and Chris at Gateway they said they would look into it. Within a few days I got a response back that said they spoke with their manager and do not want to take any responsibility for the damages. They sugested that the trucking company was responsible for the damages, but its hard to put blame on them when they marked the damages on the bill of lading that Chris Grazer signed before it left the showroom. Chris and Josh both assured me that the truck was in real nice shape and that it had no obvious damages. I realy feel ripped-off by this outfit.
