RIPOFF APARTMENT COMPLEX!! Plain simple this place rips you off!! They sucker you into a free month or two promise the world. Then under delivery. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived and the most expensive complex I've ever lived in. I lived in gateway 1 when fire alarms with a super loud pitch noise would go off at least 1-2 times a month. Then moved to gateway 2 thinking its a new complex alarms won't go off. Well I jumped too soon the alarms are even louder and go off all the time. My son has to cover his ears and everyone they go off he can't go back to sleep.
Oh and did I say they go off at 2am!!! The SPEED BUMPS WERE OVER KILL!! I have to park on the 5th floor so I have to go over 25 SPEED BUMPS!! That's 50 speed bumps a day back and fourth granite I don't go to the store or anywhere else! Ok so I recently gave them a 1 star review on Google then shortly after that I start getting noticed about noise complaints then finally get one saying it's my final warning or they are kicking me out?? What?? I'm never even home I have proof with my work schedule and plane tickets where I'm not even in the state neither is my child! OH AND IF YOU CALL THE FRONT OFFICE FOR HELP DONT TALK TO JOE. You'll just be waisting your time and breathe!
