Low standard of a company. Attempted to order a set of decals. And the website said there was an error processing my purchases and could not complete at that time . I thought on it and decided to go another route. A week later it shows up at my door. Sure enough they charged me. I tried to explain the misunderstanding. And they gave me the information to ship it back. Which I payed for. They get it back and refund me 43 of the original 50 dollars. They said they done me a favor by waiving the normal 30% fee and only charged me the “minimum” 7 dollars. Which they claim is what it cost to ship but I was only charged $5.40 to ship it to them. Instead of both parties eating the shipping on their end. Not worried about the 7 dollars just the principal of it and shadiness
I ordered from this company in May 2017 $190 worth of replacement graphics for my Boston Whaler boat and Mercury Marine motor.
THE GOOD
The price was $190--I thought very fair.
The ease of online ordering seemed to be AOK.
The turnaround of the shipment was fast--received in about a week.
THE BAD
All was AOK until I opened the box and say the the registration #for my boat were printed as one smashed together line of letters and numbers and not properly spaced out as required by State law with 2" gaps between Letters and numbers.
I have ordered from Boat US before and it was sjmple and easy as their online store properly justifys the Letters and #'s so you don't have to.
This company Garzon must think their customers are graphic illustrators (Which we are not) and they shipped me illegal to use registration graphic--a whopping $20 worth of my $190 order not a biggie but I was treated like road dirt by the customer service people and the owner when I asked them poliely by telephone and them by email to rectify.They refused to replace at no cost. They said, Order again"
They refused to cancel and refund
They taunted me to file a chargeback --which I did with Capital one --pretty stupid if you ask me as the chargeback $ and the $20 will be 10x what they could have fixed the problem for.
I recommend shopping elsewhere for custom graphics--their standard off the shelf graphics seem OK but if you are off a smoodge you off you own it--even Boat US does not allow that--Just be forwarned that these peole get an "F" in customer service and an "A+" in pissing off new customers.
So, use Boat US for boat graphics instead--I have been quite pleased with them and should have gone there in the first place. I just reordered my replacements with them at 2x the cost so you get what you pay for.
Steer clear of this Garzon ship of fools in Georgia. They won't be in biz long in the way they treat customers.
