November 14, 2018- My partner and I wired $70,000.00 to Garry "Seer" Bahadur aka "Peter Bahadur's" account, who is the Director of Raw Essentials & Living Food Inc., Ontario Canada. He is also connected to C2MG, CryptoAsset Management LLC, Cowry Crypto Asset Management LLC.
We deposited the funds DIRECTLY to his company called Raw Essentials and Living Food, Inc. addressed as 895 Don Mills Road, Two Morneau Shepell Centre Ste 900 Toronto Ontario M3C1W3; applied to "Term Sheet for Investment " that he created.
This person has NEVER given us any Copy of the Instrument (SBLC) as agreed. He promised us that in case anything happens, he will also offer us other opportunities in order to make it work, and no need to worry about requesting a refund to our money.
March 2019- He called me and my partner about another platform which will cost $500,000.00 fee; We declined his offer and told him to finish the first agreement on the Term Sheet for Investment; Our rejection to his investment request of $500.000.00 was very displeasing to Garry "Seer" Bahadur "Peter Bahadur's and soon after that my partner and I were notified by him that the original prior investment agreement has been nulled and void without proper explanation; There was no full transparency from beginning to end regarding the cancellation of the initial contract agreement.
We have made and continue to make multiple attempts for return of funds and request for refund of monies but our request falls on death ears. Nothing but broken promises, countless delays and lies one after the other. (Evidence Provided). At first, he sent us a text message via WhatsApp on March 5th, 2019 "Hi Marie, I haven't received an actual date when the funds will be returned yet. The attorney whose escrow we used sent me a message last Friday saying that he is expecting the funds by Friday, March 8;" Unfortunately, nothing happened.
Then days later, an entity under the name Powerhouse Investment had sent emails to him stating that refunds are coming soon...Later, No Results Again. He was not fully transparent from the very beginning on what was going on with the Term Sheet Investment. We have been victimized on a so-called "INVESTMENT FRAUD"... This person was referred to us by Mr. Bobby Padua who also was victimized by Mr. Gary Seer Bahadur.
He was not honest with him, instead, he bypassed Mr. Padua by going direct to the investor principal after ousting him from the deal. Mr. Gary Bahadur gets annoyed when we relate his wrongdoings. We appreciate honest business practices with integrity but we are totally and utterly disappointed with the way that Mr. Gary "Seer" Bahadur aka "Peter Bahadur's conducts business. We entrusting him with our investment funds and simply put my partner & I feel duked!
