We hired Garrison Painting to pain our home in Springhill, Fl. on 12/14/21. We gave him a deposit of $800 on 12/15/21. No painting was ever started. We had told him he could start in January. He never came to paint. On 2/13/21 he called for money to buy the paint. We gave him another $600. He never showed up to paint.
He called again on 2/16 asking for more money for paint. We offered to go to the store with him to buy the paint. He refused. We went and bought the paint and started painting. On 2/24 he called again and said he would come out and paint but needed another $200 for gas. We refused again and asked him to return our $1400. We haven't heard from him again.
