In an effort to provide natural healthy food for my children I ordered over $200 worth of shrubs and trees. They arrived in newspaper supposedly dormant. I followed the instructions explicitly. After over a month with no signs of life I contacted the company. I was told to give it more time... so I did. I then contacted the company again. I was told they could reship plants to me either later this year or early 2017.
When I went to respond the email address was no longer valid. The website is closed. The phone number is disconnected.....And I believe it has now been too long to make a claim with my credit card company.
I run a tight ship financially with five kids to feed. Two of my boys need special diets which are difficult to accomodate with fresh fruit being so expensive. One of my boys had open heart surgery and I also have an autistic daughter. Needless to say, I ordered from this company to provide food for my kids and did so in good faith. What they did was send me a bunch of dead sticks, string me along with empty promises, and then closed their doors, keeping my money. Money I desperately need. Money that could buy fresh food from the market or actual live plants from a local nursery.
I ordered two cherry bushes (buy one, get one free) and received four dead twigs in May. There were no instructions, no paperwork....just the twigs. Thinking that I might be mistaken about their being dead, I planted them. To date they are still dead twigs.

The order was placed 4/12/16. The order was never shipped or received.

Sent a order for plants of my garden that was 6 Siberian Tomatoesand 6 Health Pick Tomatoes.
I sent a personal check for them. They cash the check and we didn't get the plants. so I called them .
they said they didn't get a order from me and I told them I would sent copies of order and Check.
never herd from them again.
