I have been trying to find a home for myself and my family, happily I came across this ad on Craigslist sounded great, filled out the App, and they sent it in I was informed that these people have a habit of denying a lot of people for the dumbest reason's. Apparently they go by a Credit Report which I have been working on hard but I just don't understand why you would run one if I am not BUYING the place just RENTING. I get Section 8 which they say they except and they know it is payable right to them and I pay the rest. I have never had a issue like this before I even tried pleading my case and she said that it was a final answer, like really. I am a good person just down on my luck but they would rather have a family on the street then help them. I call that descrimination, why because I am disabled I get money to pay my bills the only thing they need to concern themselves with is if I pay my rent which I do. The lady in question is Caryl Giradiano(cold as ice).
My question is don't claim to accept Section 8 and then get people happy over something and pull the rug out from them that is cruel. Seriously the rent is $825.00 where I am now is more and I have no problem paying they are just not taking Section 8 and re-doing all the places. I even have old Landlords ref. saying what a great tenant I was, but this person to me is just what she see's on paper nothing else and then claims to have talked to her co-worker and Supervisor okay then why not call me and let me tell you about me.
I feel that Credit Reports should be done if BUYING not RENTING Their Addrerss is ** ***** ******, **** *** **** ******** **, ***** *-***-***-****.
I was so happy now I am very depressed this place was perfect for us 3br, yard, private and a lot of kids for my grandson's.
